We started in 1992 with editorial company Rock Paper Scissors.
VFX company a52 followed in 1997, design company Elastic in 2006, creative marketing agency Jax in 2014, production company MakeMake Entertainment in 2016, color grading company Primary in 2018, and music company Indestructible in 2019.
We have grown organically, always building around individual artists and their capabilities. In 2023, we realized that it was time to become more than the sum of our parts and integrate everything into MakeMake.
MakeMake is the first truly 21st century creative studio.
