All underlying intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. The inclusion of a project or client name does not imply endorsement or transfer ownership. MakeMake intends to display portfolio materials only where it has the necessary authorization or other lawful basis.

Descriptions of MakeMake’s services and projects are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of results.

MakeMake may use AI-assisted tools, automation, and related technologies in its creative and production workflows. Any use in client engagements is subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and intellectual property obligations.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. MakeMake does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or entirely accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MakeMake and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to separately contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeMake and its representatives against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
